Dennis Fick

A graduate of the UCLA School of Music, Fick’s previous positions include Principal Bassoonist of the National Symphony Orchestra of Peru, the Amigos de la Musica Chamber Orchestra of Lima, Peru, the Honolulu Symphony, and the Jerusalem Symphony. He was Assistant Principal Bassoonist of the Kansas City Philharmonic. Fick has appeared as soloist with the Fort Wayne Philharmonic on numerous occasions, as well as with other orchestras. Born in Los Angeles, he began playing bassoon at age 11 and also plays piano. His other interests include SCUBA diving and motorcycle riding.
