Donation Guidelines
Priority is given to:
- Music education fundraisers
- Events in Northeast Indiana
- Philharmonic ticket holders
What's included:
- Up to two vouchers good for two tickets each (total of four tickets, Silver Level seating)
- Vouchers mailed directly to your organization
Timeline:
- Tickets may be redeemed up to two weeks prior to the concert
- You'll receive an automated confirmation once your form is submitted
Important:
- We no longer accept phone or in-person requests
- Include complete contact info in your submission
- If not selected, feel free to submit again for a future event
- Some restrictions apply
