Philharmonic Center

About the Center

Purchased in 2024 as an anchor of the Music is Fundamental campaign, the Philharmonic Center is set to open in spring 2026. Its 36,000 facility on Ewing Street will provide a permanent home for the Philharmonic after nearly two decades of borrowed space, and serve as a vibrant hub for concerts, rehearsals, collaborations, and community events. With natural lighting, historic character, and spaces imagined for artistic excellence, the Philharmonic Center will welcome all who seek connection through music, creativity, innovation, and shared experience.

The Philharmonic Center is a 99-year-old landmark with a legacy of culture, education, and community. Originally home to the Chamber of Commerce and Woman’s Club, and most recently the St. Francis School of Business, this building will soon begin its next chapter as the creative heart of the Fort Wayne Philharmonic.

Events at the Center

Events at the Philharmonic Center are created with intention. Genre-spanning concerts, wellness gatherings, community lectures, and food-forward experiences with local restaurants, the Center is attuned to this community. Every program is designed to bring people together for moments that matter, where guests feel fully present, connected, and inspired. Rooted in artistic excellence, thoughtful design, and warm hospitality, events at The Phil are more than entertainment, they’re unparalleled experiences that leave a lasting impression.
