FWPhil and ICG Conductor Workshop

Master the Art of Conducting in the Legacy of Ilya Musin

A Prestigious
International Opportunity

Each season, the Fort Wayne Philharmonic partners with the International Conductors Guild to present an intensive conductor training workshop for gifted conductors from across the globe.

The program focuses on the legendary techniques and philosophy of Ilya Musin, one of the most influential conducting teachers of the twentieth century. His teachings continue to shape the world's most revered conductors today.

"This was the most impactful training of my career—an unmatched combination of practical experience and musical mentorship."

• Martin Brabbins
• Sian Edwards
