Year of the Horse: A Lunar New Year Celebration

It’s time for this year’s Lunar New Year Celebration – The Year of the Horse! Featuring the bilingual book The Great Race: The Story of the Chinese Zodiac by Ling and Eric Lee, traditional music for the Chinese New Year, Erhu Master Xiao Dong Wei, the Fort Wayne Children’s Choir, and the world premiere of Dashing into the Horizon by Korean composer Caroline Ahn.  

This concert welcomes all, including individuals with sensory sensitivities and diverse abilities. We provide the following resources: social story PDF/video, sign language interpreter, narrator, calming area, pre-concert activities, sensory fidgets, noise canceling headphones (while supplies last), and a feedback survey for patrons to share their thoughts.

Registration is required for this event. Registration will open 30 days prior to performance date.
