Free Ride Service
Our FREE Ride Service to Masterworks Series concerts for patrons age 70 or older, and for those with qualifying medical conditions continues this season.
Thanks to the Donald F. Wood and Darlene M. Richardson Foundation, qualifying patrons who find it difficult to drive at nighttime or have mobility issues will be eligible for the service that will meet patrons at two locations prior to every Masterworks Series concert. Patrons will meet at convenient north side and south side locations and have been given permission to park cars there for the duration of the concerts.
This service is offered in collaboration with CTN, Community Transportation Network, the private nonprofit organization whose vision is to eliminate transportation barriers and provide full access to community life for seniors, persons with disabilities, low income families, children, and youth. Vans seat 12-18 people and accommodate wheelchairs. *Masks are required, per CTN guidelines, when utilizing this ride service.
Reservations are required two weeks in advance of every concert. Those interested should contact the Philharmonic Box Office at 260.422.4226 for more information about how to apply. Online reservations can be made below. Contact, medical, and other qualifying information will be required.
