The historic Embassy Theatre is one of the most magnificent works of architecture in the area and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Located in the heart of downtown Fort Wayne, it first opened in 1928 and has since then hosted famous entertainers including Louis Armstrong, Perry Como, and Bob Hope, to name just a few. Visitors to the Embassy are dazzled not only by the performances on stage but also by the ornate decoration and a feeling of stepping back in time.
