The Fort Wayne Philharmonic recently announced the postponement of its Season until at least January 30, 2021, and the implementation of resource-saving measures. Please see below for a press release announcing the decision.

It is with deep regret that we announce that our Board of Directors voted on July 14, 2020 to suspend all concerts until Jan. 30, 2021, and to implement resource-saving measures, including musician furloughs and reduction of five full and part-time staff positions, effective Sept. 1. As challenging as this time is, please know the Philharmonic is committed to a safe and viable return to the stage as soon as is possible. We’re working on a schedule of concerts that begins on Jan. 30, 2021 and runs through May. Box Office staff mailed out information with ticket options in early September. Read the letter here
