We are sorry to disappoint you, our loyal audiences, as we exist to perform transcendent music just for you. The power of music is healing for us all, and because of that, we are currently attempting to create ways to reach you with the beauty of the arts as we work through this challenging period. The Fort Wayne Philharmonic is committed to the health and safety its of patrons. The Orchestra administration is monitoring the global situation, and receiving updates from governmental agencies to protect our fellow Hoosiers. This includes the recommendation to limit all non-essential gatherings to 10 people or less and to practice social distancing until further notice. We will be back in touch with you as we learn more from governmental health officials. More information will be forthcoming as directives are issued by the Governor's Office or from other governmental agencies.

If you are holding tickets for a Philharmonic concert or any other local arts event that has been canceled due to current hardships caused by the health emergency, we politely ask you to consider taking a ticket credit or donating the cost of your purchase back to the organization in question. All of us in Fort Wayne have entered into a period that no arts organization could ever possibly plan for - canceled performances and empty houses. Your small gesture of kindness could have a profound effect on the future of that organization, including the Fort Wayne Philharmonic. We gratefully thank you for your consideration.

Please see the information below regarding your ticket options.

  • Donate the value of your ticket - Available for all concerts listed above
  • Patrons can now make ticket requests online by logging in to their accounts at fwphil.org or by email to tickets@fwphil.org
  • Patrons can contact the box office at tickets@fwphil.org for all other ticket requests

It is requested that all ticket holders make their requests by the end of the day on Friday, May 29, 2020. All tickets remaining after that date will be considered donations to the Philharmonic.

In an effort to reduce the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), the Box Office will be closed to public access until further notice.

The latest updates will be posted here and the Fort Wayne Philharmonic Box Office outgoing voicemail will also be updated if there are any changes to the schedule.
